ATOMIC Aquatics BC’s
Atomic Aquatics warrants the BC1 and BC2 Buoyancy Compensator against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years. Atomic Aquatics warrants the SS1 safe second/inflator and the Ai inflator against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. Servicing should be done every 2 years/200 dives for stainless steel models and 3 years/300 dives for titanium models. Atomic Aquatics will, at its option, repair or replace any components it finds defective.

Your regulator is the soul of your dive system. You don’t need to worry about it performing…especially if you are in some remote location where competent repair is a remote concept. That’s why every Atomic Aquatics regulator is built using materials and processes that resist corrosion and minimize maintenance – so you can log lots of dives over a long time with supreme confidence. While every regulator benefits from annual servicing, Atomic Aquatics regs do not require it. So you can worry less and dive more with Atomic Aquatics.

The Expensive Truth About “Free Parts Warranties” and why Atomic Aquatics is more diver-friendly
Some competitors offer limited lifetime warranties that include lifetime “free parts” for the annual overhaul. This is simply a marketing technique intended to make a new diver believe they will save money on annual service costs. However, the biggest single factor in any regulator service is the “labor cost” which is not covered under a free parts warranty or any other regulator warranty. Contrary to the claim, a free-parts warranty may actually cost you double the repair costs compared to our warranty. Sometimes the small print in others warranty language stipulates that a major service must be performed every year with written proof of the service within a 30-day window or the lifetime free parts warranty is revoked. Our “Two-Year/300-Dive Warranty” is not contingent on proof of annual service. Atomic Aquatics regulators are designed to save you time and money by not requiring a yearly visit to a technician for service. At Atomic Aquatics, we believe other warranties have too many exclusions and restrictions to be truly beneficial to a diver.
