AtomicAquatics.com offers Free UPS Ground shipping on all orders $199 and over in the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America, and all orders over $250 in Canada, from our warehouse in Salt Lake City.

SHIPPING DEADLINE

At Atomic Aquatics we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.

Orders received by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, are shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

IN A HURRY!

We offer UPS Express Saver (typically 3-day delivery time) and UPS Standard Overnight.

UPS Ground shipping will typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays)

Standard Return Policy

Atomic Aquatics products are built using the finest materials and manufacturing processes. We hope you enjoy your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your Atomic Aquatics product(s) you can return your purchase as follows:

  • Items purchased online at atomicaquatics.com must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • All returns must include original packaging with tags and/or labels, even if the product has been used.
  • Documents: An original receipt or order number must be submitted to complete the return process.
  • Items purchased at a physical retailer or on a third-party website cannot be returned through (brand).com and must be returned to the original point of purchase (subject to the point of purchase return policy).

Please note: Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

Returning a purchase on Atomicaquatics.com

Go to the Atomic Aquatics Return Form and complete the information requested. The link to the return form can also be found on your order confirmation email.

  1. A Return Authorization number (RA #) will be issued once you have completed and submitted the return form. Shipping instructions will also be included in your confirmation email.
  2. Print your original receipt and write the RA # on the receipt.
  3. Package up your item securely and include the receipt and RA# inside the package.

Please note: Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

Credit

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items and process your credit (excluding original shipping fees) within 1-2 business days. AtomicAquatics.com is not responsible for items lost in transit.
